We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and delivery. Items are carefully packed to ensure there is no movement in the box and that your purchases arrive with you in the best condition.

We send smaller parcels, under 2kg. with Royal Mail, usually 1st class post. Large or heavier parcels are sent with a courier, next day delivery, with tracking details.

We dispatch plants early in the week, usually Monday & Tuesday, to ensure they arrive before the weekend.

Any problems with delivery should be reported within 48 hours.
