Description

This is a very reliable evergreen honeysuckle, even if it loses it foliage in a harsh winter it will re-foliate in Spring. It has elongated glossy dark green leaves. The fragrant flowers are trumpet shaped yellow flushed with red and appear in early -mid summer.  These are followed by dark purple berries in autumn. It prefers to have moist but well drained soil in sun or part shade.  It only needs pruning to keep it within size and shape and to remove old, dead and dying growth. Perfect for growing through trees, trellis and pergolas. It is great at attracting pollinators and the berries are a source of winter food for the birds.  H10m x W2m
